Join us in as we revisit the strange and sentimental world of: EarthBound! There's lots to talk about with this cult classic, from its bizarre "scratch and sniff" marketing campaign to how it somehow successfully blends Lovecraftian horror with wide-eyed childlike innocence. We explore the surreal and nostalgic Jungian dreamscape of Magicant, then remark on the absurdity of fighting a sentient pile of puke with psionics. Come along for this eerie-yet-earnest ride.
We brothers endeavor to relive the glory days of classic RPGs as we play the spiritual successor of the Suikoden games - the kickstarted game Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. Does it rekindle the magic of the originals or does nostalgia do most of the heavily lifting to keep this adventure aloft?
We take a break from our usual format to revisit Baldur's Gate 3 with a second set of brothers. We chat about our Honour Mode close calls and how it changed the game for us. As this podcast plays, power courses through you. Authority.
In this episode, we finally return to discuss the remarkable Baldur's Gate 3! Join us as we delve into our experiences with this game from Larian Studios. This episode holds a special place in our hearts, as it marks a return to our roots - our very first episode covered Divinity 2: Original Sin!
We're introducing a new concept for the podcast - Collections! We'll be categorizing games into the various wings of our digital museum. In this episode, we revisit the games we've played so far and place them into their respective Collections!
You can also check out where we placed things here at the website at The Museum, which will be updated regularly.
We're joined by special guest - voice actor Avalon Penrose, better known as Megaera of Hades fame, to talk about her life! Hear about how she got into voice acting, balances it with a "normal life," and how she gets advice from jaywalking tickets and strange men on boardwalks.
You can also check out video of the interview on our YouTube Channel.
We journey to the Lands Between to discuss the explosively popular Elden Ring. Join our conversation on this game, whose strategy and lore has generated as much time spent outside the game as the gameplay itself, by sending us an e-mail or reaching out on social media! Use your Two Fingers to click play now, or remain maidenless...
We're joined in the studio by podcasting legend Joe Gaumer to continue our playthrough of the Mass Effect trilogy. Get ready for some speculation about the reproductive organs of Vorcha, because that's what we felt was important to talk about! A special thanks to Joe for our funniest episode to date. Stay tuned to the end for a special remix of our theme song...
In this episode, the first in a special three-part series, we replay the now fifteen-year-old Mass Effect trilogy. Join us to reflect on this Effect project and also... contrast and connect. Does Mass Effect amass respect? Does it... surpass project..ions? Just listen.
We descend into hell to talk about Hades. But it's... a nicer hell, with cute furies (they're still trying to kill you) and a big cuddly three-headed dog.
Join us to talk about this game, which has racked up many game-of-the-year awards, and has made a splash in the gaming community.
The inaugural episode of The Museum of Modern Video Games!
Join us as we discuss the poorly named, but better executed, Divinity 2: Original Sin. We'll be committing our own original podcasting sins as we cut our teeth talking about this divine (wink at camera) game.

We're two brothers who've been enjoying video games for nigh-on 30 years, ever since taking control of Mario with a sticky D-pad at a friend's house. Since then, games have evolved, and we have too (we haven't).
Games have turned out to be an unexpected constant in the varied phases of our life. Though we don't have as much time to indulge as we'd like, we've always had some sort of restorative escape in the form of a game. Whether it was exploring the exotic continent of Morrowind or slinging eggs as baby Mario screamed, we've always enjoyed our time with games, and we're hoping to share some of that with you (okay, and leach your enthusiasm, too).
